Overseas Orders

We do our best to work with courier companies to get orders delivered on time which is generally around 10-12 working days. However, pending on overseas locations (outside of Australia) please allow at least 20 working days for products to arrive.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are items not currently in stock but in the process of being stocked, which we offer to customers first. The timeframe is communicated and may vary depending on factors, however, we do our best to get items to you in a timely manner.


Return Policy

Online Returns

At Adrienne Whitewood we always aim to provide you with quality products and services, however, if you have purchased an item from us online and believe it to be faulty or the item provided was incorrect we do our best to resolve this.

We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky without feeling or trying the item(s) on which is why we have a return and refund policy in place. Purchases from New Zealand have 14 days to return items and all other countries have 31 days to return items.

Returned items must be in a new, unworn condition, with all garment tags attached. If the item purchased is FAULTY we will replace it with the same item where available or alternatively exchange for something similar in style that you may prefer. If none of these options suit, we will give a full refund.

If you have purchased an item and are unhappy with it and the above conditions are met we will exchange items for another style, colour that you may prefer within that item's value or alternatively provide store credit.

We will refuse returns on items where it’s obvious the above conditions have not been met.

Items approved for an exchange/store credit can not be returned.

Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Adrienne Whitewood. If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded with proof of purchase for mailing costs provided. We recommend tracking your parcel and are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Instore Returns 

If for any reason you are unhappy with items purchased instore you can return them at Ahu Boutique 1178 Eruera Street, Rotorua. Items need to be returned within the 14 days with proof of purchase provided. Returned items must be in a new, unworn condition, with all garment tags attached.

If the item purchased is FAULTY we will replace it with the same item where available or alternatively exchange for something similar in style that you may prefer. If none of these options suit, we will give a full refund.

No refunds or exchanges will be given on in-store ‘SALE’ items purchased unless they’re faulty.

Pricing

All prices are in reflected in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Colours

Every effort has been made to accurately portray in images colours of products. However, depending on your monitor, colours can alter our online store images and we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colours will be completely accurate.

Sizing

As a small business, we do our best to ensure the structure of garments are similar and familiar to our customers. We do our best to stay within our sizing guide however in rare times this can alter.
