Waiho i te toipoto, kaua i te toiroa - Let us keep closer together and not far apart. I layered wāhine throughout the garment with the Poutama print to ‘Whiria te tangata’ bind ourselves together so we remain strong.

AIO means to be at peace

In this series of works I used faces as a reminder to connect with people. The Wāhine themselves represent the beauty of the human spirit and I created this collection to give empowerment to other women, when you wear these pieces I hope they inspire faith, love, positivity, harmony, more karakia and ultimately to live the life you design!
